Only the Portfolio version and evidence the candidate affirmatively selects are copied into the application snapshot.

Accommodation details are kept in a restricted workflow. Interviewers receive only approved logistics needed to provide the adjustment.

Babu AI may extract, summarize, draft, or identify missing evidence. It does not rank candidates, reject applications, infer protected traits, or recommend hire/no-hire.

Candidates can request access, export, correction, deletion or anonymization review, and an explanation through a durable case workflow.

Records follow the employer policy, applicable minimums, and legal holds. A deletion request does not override a required retention period or active hold.
