Roles published directly by verified employers in Babu Careers, documented public ATS boards, employer-authorized feeds, licensed partner feeds, and individually approved structured company career pages.

A public company page is eligible only when the exact company domain is approved, robots rules allow access, applicable terms have been reviewed, and the page exposes structured job data or an approved feed.

We do not bypass authentication, CAPTCHAs, robots restrictions, rate limits, or anti-bot controls. We do not rotate proxies to defeat a publisher's access decision.

LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Dice pages are not crawled. Their data is used only under a supported written or API partner agreement.

Each listing names its source, reports when it was last checked, and links to the canonical employer or ATS destination. Content display is limited by the active source policy.

Only a verified Babu Careers employer role marked “Apply in Babu Careers” enters the Babu Careers application workflow. “Apply on company site” means Babu Careers has not submitted an application.

Sources refresh on a bounded schedule. A sudden empty or materially reduced feed is held for confirmation instead of closing every role after one observation.

Employers and publishers may request a correction, pause, opt-out, or takedown. Include the company domain, source URL, affected job URL, and the authority for the request.
